TrialNet is an international network of leading academic institutions, endocrinologists, physicians, scientists and healthcare teams dedicated to preventing type 1 diabetes and stopping disease progression by preserving insulin production before and after diagnosis. Funded primarily by the US National Institutes of Health (Special Statutory Funding Program for Type 1 Diabetes), with support from Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) and the American Diabetes Association.
